MAD DOG INTERNSHIP

The Mad Dog Youth Lacrosse Club Summer Internship Program is designed for current college lacrosse players like you to gain real-world coaching experience while helping young athletes improve their skills and passion for the game.

Internship Qualifications

  • Current College Lacrosse Player: You must be actively enrolled and participating in a collegiate lacrosse program (NCAA Division I, II, III, or club lacrosse).
  • Passion for Lacrosse: You must have a genuine passion for the sport and be eager to share that passion with younger players.
  • Leadership & Communication Skills: You should be a natural leader who can communicate effectively with both players and coaches.
  • Patience & Positivity: You’ll be working with kids, so we’re looking for someone who is patient, encouraging, and able to adapt their coaching style to different learning styles.
  • Previous Coaching Experience (Preferred but not Required): If you have coached before or have worked with younger players, that’s a plus! But if not, we’ll provide you with the training you need to succeed.
