Our West Elite Program

Our Mad Dog West Elite Girls Program unites the top talent from Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, San Diego, and Orange County bringing together the very best female lacrosse players in Southern California under one program.

Our mission goes beyond lacrosse. We are dedicated to developing our athletes as players and as people, preparing them to excel in team sports, demonstrate leadership, and thrive as young women. Along the way, we provide premier recruiting exposure through top national tournaments, showcases, and events.

Led by an experienced coaching staff with backgrounds at the highest levels of the game, we deliver elite training, mentorship, and comprehensive recruiting support. With deep, trusted relationships across the collegiate lacrosse landscape, we act as honest advocates for our athletes throughout the recruiting journey.
