• Retired from Professional Lacrosse – January 2022
Unterstein competed at the highest levels of professional and international lacrosse, earning recognition as one of the premier defensive midfielders of his era.

Unterstein began coaching in 2009 and has held leadership roles at multiple Division I programs.
