"We have two lacrosse boys —  a soon to be 8th grade goalie and a soon to be Sophomore d pole — who have been playing for about four or five years.  We have played with several different LA teams and many different coaches in both team and private settings to help them learn different ways of playing. Which is just to say we’ve had a lot of experience with different LA coaches and Ryan is one of the best in our view.From our kids’ perspective:1. Practices and lessons are challenging but fun; the kids come home exhausted and smiling — they look forward to practice and ask that more lessons be scheduled.  Ryan is engaging and personable with both kids and adults.2. The kids are improving and learning new things. They can articulate a variety of different things they’ve learned in each session. He quickly identified bad habits and provided pointers to improve.3. Ryan is a great communicator.
