My name is Josie Pagano, I am a Kean Graduate with a BS in Exercise Science. I was a member of the Kean Women’s Lacrosse team for 4 years and a 2 year starter. I have been playing lacrosse for 13 years since I was in the 3rd grade and have been coaching since my junior year of high school. Lacrosse has always been an incredible outlet for me to simply enjoy myself and support and work with the incredible people I am grateful enough to have called teammates. It’s more than a sport but a way to be a part of something bigger than yourself.

Control what you can control, everything in your control you can improve on and make your biggest asset. The way you think, act, and perform on and off the field is in your control. Once you figure out how to do this nothing is too far out of your reach.
