NATIONAL BLACK
This is our top team at this level. Roster spots may be fluid depending on performance as well as availability. If you are selected to play National Black for one event, it does not mean you will always be on a National Black roster. These spots must be earned and then sustained.
NATIONAL GOLD
This is our “2nd” team for lack of a better term. With this large pool of players and the amount of talent we have seen, it would be very hard pressed to second these rosters to the majority of teams in the country. It’s the players at every position that fall just outside the depth chart of the National Black team roster. What National Gold does, is allow players who are on the cosp of that depth chart, at their respective positions, to get the National experience and play at a high level against top competition.
NATIONAL EXPERIENCE
The National experience to us is mostly about playing with kids from different states and forming new relationship through the sport we all love. Every player/kid develops at their own pace. Whether you are in 4th grade or early High School, these young men are all changing and improving daily. Both the National Black and National Gold rosters provide a unique way for your players to compete at a high level while maximizing playing time with manageable rosters and networking with their peers from all over the country.
Players can be asked to play on National Black or National Gold for a number of reasons:
- Player Performance
- Player Development
- Positions needed
- Availability or unavailability of other
We will be as transparent as possible through this process and provide feedback while doing so. The biggest thing for us is having players trust the process and give their all on the field whether they are on National Black or National Gold.
